Every Venus Palestine piece is prepared with care in France and sent to you with tracking.
1 Where We Ship From
All orders are prepared and shipped from France with La Poste (tracked letter or Colissimo). We deliver to France, the European Union and most countries worldwide.
2 Preparation Time
- Pieces in stock: shipped within 2 to 5 business days.
- Engraved and personalised pieces: made to order and shipped within [X] business days.
The preparation time that applies is shown on each product page.
3 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the weight, size and destination of your parcel. The exact amount is shown in your cart before you confirm your order.

- Rest of the world (including the USA and Canada): from €[X]
4 Delivery Times
Estimated times after dispatch:
- France: 2 to 5 business days
- European Union: 4 to 10 business days
- Rest of the world: 7 to 20 business days
Unless a different date is indicated when you order, your order will be delivered no later than 30 days after it is placed.
5 Customs and Import Taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees charged by the destination country are paid by the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
6 Lost, Late or Damaged Parcels
We remain responsible for your order until it reaches you.
- Lost parcel: we will send the item again or refund you in full.
- Damaged parcel: contact us, with photos if possible, and we will replace the item or refund you.
- Late delivery: if your order has not arrived by the date indicated, you may ask us to deliver within a reasonable additional time. If we still cannot deliver, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.
7 Delivery Address
Please check your address before confirming your order. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, the cost of sending it again will be charged to you.
