Where are your pieces made?

It depends on the collection, and each product page tells you clearly. Made in Gaza pieces are hand-embroidered by Palestinian women artisans in Gaza. Inspired by Palestine pieces are designed around Palestinian symbols. Personalised pieces are engraved to order in France.

Is each embroidered piece unique?

Yes. Every tatreez piece is stitched by hand, so small variations in thread, tension or pattern are part of its character and its story.

Can I personalise a piece?

Yes. Pieces from our engraved collection can carry a name, a date, a map, a car model or your own design. Please check your text carefully: we engrave it exactly as entered.

Where do you ship from, and how long does delivery take?

All orders are shipped from France with tracking. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days in France, 4 to 10 in the European Union and 7 to 20 worldwide. See Shipping & Delivery.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are paid by the recipient.

Can I return a piece?

Yes, within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Personalised and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless faulty. See Returns & Refunds.

How do I care for my embroidery?

Gentle hand washing and careful storage will keep your piece beautiful for years. See our Product Care guide.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Bank cards (via Stripe) and PayPal. Payments are encrypted, and we never see your full card details.
