We want every piece to find its right home. If it is not the right one for you, here is how to return it.

1 Your Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason. If your order arrives in several parcels, the 14 days start from receipt of the last parcel.

2 How to Withdraw

Before the deadline, tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw:

3 Returning Your Item

Please send the item back within 14 days of informing us, to: Venus Palestine, [return address], France.

  • Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered.
  • We recommend a tracked service and careful packaging.
  • You may handle the item as you would in a shop. You are only responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check its nature and quality.

4 Your Refund

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request, including the standard delivery costs you paid. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, the extra cost is not refunded. We may wait until we receive the item, or proof that you sent it, before refunding. The refund is made with the same payment method you used (card via Stripe, or PayPal), at no extra cost.

5 Items That Cannot Be Returned

Items made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as pieces engraved with a name, date, map, car model or custom design, cannot be returned unless faulty (Article L221-28, 3° of the French Consumer Code). This is clearly indicated on the product page.

Ready-made handmade pieces, including hand-embroidered tatreez from Gaza, can be returned like any other item.

6 Faulty or Damaged Items

All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years from delivery) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or different from its description, contact us, with photos if possible. We will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you.

Small variations in stitching, colour or engraving are a natural mark of handmade and made-to-order work and are described on our product pages.
